In 2006, Massachusetts upheld illness caring remodel which implemented a series of policies which have been right away being mirrored in a Obama illness remodel plan. The boss has regularly claimed which his devise will reduce illness caring costs though not diminution illness caring quality. This cognisance looks during how a Massachusetts devise has panned out in conditions of price as well as wait for times. im against universal health care and most of the presidents policys, but to shut these socilaist supporters up, you should list where you got your info from so it doesnt sounds like your making it up
even though that is the only argument they have is that your making it all up

i have 5-8 day wait in gta (greater toronto area) in canada. i have no idea what amount of my taxes goes to it..

The commodification of human health is fundamentally a good thing in that allows stakeholders to extract value from policy holders in exchange for truncated service.
Economic growth proceeds human need.

When you are a conspirator to obstruct justice AND President, you try to lose the election to Joe Plumber, to be out-dove by two REAL Bush-pilots. You get young blacks shot, you incite riot, Lovelle pops five OPD, you do beerS! You won’t free BARRY Bonds, FIRST! You won’t take HOSPITAL bonds, first! You should have watched COSBY, since it forecasts your demise, in 2011, since 1984. You should have socialized SCHOOLS, first, to TAKE ALL CAMPUSES AND BANKS. THEN pimp your Mexican T.V. choppers!!

oh eat me people! obama is making this country better so STFU! i wonder why we have to be the donkey symbol its clearly a republican thing.
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
mrlyric there is no way the cost of living is three times more in Mass ! get some common sense ! that would be 300 % higher cost of living
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
not paying for someone’s health insurance for them is killing them off now? I have three kids with a combined total of years of 34 between them and I have taken someoneto the er a grand total of 5 times - and if we weren’t new parents, wewould haveavoided 2 of those ! compare that to parents who are on medicaid and drop by the er for anything, ask anyone who works in an er an they will tell you. hey what’s it matter, they aren’t paying for it
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
then we should do things MORE like Georgia and LESS like MAss.
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
COL would account for a 34% increase not 3 times the costs.
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
Did you look at the link? Family Practice doctors were included. And there is NO context for 3x the costs.
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
im sorry but is a cardiologist NOT the person you want to see when you have a potentially lethat heart condition.
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
When put into context, the 3X higher cost of health insurance in Massachusetts seems reasonable. Also, as far as the average wait times go, you’re crazy if you believe it takes 50 days to see your doctor in Boston. The wait times you have displayed in the video are averages from SPECIALTY doctors like cardiologists, dermatologists, etc. So before you go bashing Obama’s health care plan, you should put your facts into context.
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
Your information is misleading. Sure, the average cost of individual health care in Massachusetts may be three times that of Georgia, but have you ever considered that the cost of living may be higher as well? According to Sperling’s Best Places to Live, as of 2009, the average cost of living in Massachusetts is 22.18% higher than that of the U.S. average. Georgia, on the other hand, has an average cost of living that is 11.83% LOWER than the U.S. average. {continued in next comment}

AMEN! God Bless Georgia! Better healthcare lower taxes and hardly any liberals
Except in Atlanta an a few other places.

I’m from the Netherlands and if I want to see my physician I just call his assistant and I usually have an appointment the same day or the day after. And yes, in Holland everyone can get treated. Everyone pays an amount per month (on average about 100 euro’s) and is covered. If you want extra dental or something like that you pay a little more..simple as that!
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
I live in Canada…I just made an appointment to see the doctor a week ago. I got an appointment the next day. I don’t believe for a second that it takes 50 days to see a doctor in Boston.
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
a side from number of days waiting? would rather let people not get seen and have thereselves starve just so their kid can b seen? some people cant even afford 2 go in 2 c regular check ups that could save their lives! so why kill the poor people off just so people that can afford it live? GA and MA are 2 diff STs. & have different amount of age groups & # of clinics am i wrong? ask yourself. if a mom is on the street asking 4 money t2 feed her kids will u say no even though U have the money?
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
Hahaha, this is the most shitty thing I have ever seen. Your source is an insurance company. Do you live in Boston? I do. I have never had to wait more than a day to see a doctor.
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
Under Obama’s health care policy, Doctor’s would make more money. That is why so many are supporting it.

The 3000 pg Mandate HC Trojan Horse Bill made of finely ground feces & dried urea has something for everyone:
$500,000,000,000 BILLION in Medicare Cuts to Kill, Old People Control, Abortion Control, Gun Control, Punitive Exorbident Taxes & fees, Punitive Fines, Punitive Denial of Access to Millions of Poor, Punitive Restrictive Access for Health Care, Expands gov’t 130 New Branches, Wasteful Expensive Burocracy, Long Lethal Delays in Treatment & Record Breaking Intrusion
Kill the Bill…!!!!
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
Sick. I’m so sorry that happened. Why doesn’t the government enact fines against such unethical practices instead of re-vamping our whole healthcare system with an experiment that’s more of a problem than a solution. Geeze!
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
mainestategop- yeah not to mention there is a tax (a.k.a. FINE) if you don’t BUY coverage (2.5% paid to IRS) it’s estimated to cost @$1,800 per person per yr. you don’t COMPLY!!! Lame!
February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am

February 8th, 2010 at 5:01 am
We need to eliminate private health insurance companies from even being at the table…. There a bunch of scum sucking pigs…
